The Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Pusa (IHM Pusa) is a premier hospitality institute established in 1962. It has consistently been recognized among the top hotel management colleges in India, with IIRF ranking it 1st in the Hotel Management category in 2024 and India Today awarding it the top position in 2025.
IHM Pusa’s flagship program is the B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration (HHA). Admissions are based on academic merit and performance in the NCHMCT JEE for the B.Sc program and MSc JEE for the MSc program, followed by counselling. For the General category, the NCHMCT JEE cutoff in 2025 ranged from 281 to 307. The total tuition fee for the B.Sc (HHA) course is approximately INR 4.93 lakhs for three years, while the MSc (HHA) program costs around INR 3.33 lakhs for two years.
Although the IHM Pusa Placement 2025 report is yet to be released, the 2024 placement record shows 81 companies participated in campus recruitment. The highest salary offered was INR 8.43 LPA, and the average package was INR 5 LPA. Out of 301 students, 233 opted for placements, achieving a placement rate of 97.42%. Leading recruiters include ABFRL, APPAREL Group, Cafe Coffee Day, Dunkin Corporate, Hilton, Hyatt, and Indigo Airlines, among others.
